From sauerkraut to beet kvass, come out to Middlebrook Center this Saturday to learn more about fermented veggies. Our host, Diane Ruddle, will be having a workshop on how to make a simple sauerkraut and discuss the basics of making other fermented veggies. Guest will then have the opportunity to make their own sauerkraut in small groups. Chef Joni Sare will then make dishes to help compliment the veggies that guest created. Hope to see everyone there!
