Good news about good neighbors, local lumber company makes donation

Nate Pease, leader of the parent volunteers who are building an ELSEE model garden at Discovery Charter School met with Travis Osterback and Eric Gorski from Good News Wood Salvation, a redwood fencing recycling business that has stepped up and donated the fruit trees for the garden.

They are also donating their wood for the new trellis that will be built by the parents. They have chosen to use some of their profits to purchase plants and trees for some of CNGF garden grant recipients.

We awarded a grant to Discovery Charter last year. Now, we are working with the parents and kids to help get the garden built.

A big shout out to Travis, president of Good News Wood Salvation , and his team! Check out their website. They sell the recycled wood.
