It was a splendid warm sunny afternoon in urban downtown San Jose at the Middlebrook Center with an early celebration of St Patricks day. The farm stand opened with some new additions including raw honey from back yard bees, eggs from back yard chickens and more. Chef Joni Sare served a most delicious brunch and oven builders worked hard to get to the next step in the building of a traditional oven for the center’s outdoor kitchen.
