For our Sustainable Saturday on November 8, 2014, Dave Thompson from Epic Coffee regaled us on everything there is to know about coffee. Guests examined the coffee beans and sampled the coffee beverages. Then Chef Joni Sare presented a cooking demo using coffee as an ingredient.
