The Eating California Restaurant will be in an existing historic, wood-constructed house, retrofitted to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design standards (LEED). The structure will include a living roof, tree columns and native edible plantings.
Eating California features cuisine that is native to California. Much of the foods served in our restaurant will be harvested from our gardens, including native edible plants such as wild grapes, elderberry, amaranth, chia, nettles, watercress, currants, and prickly pears and paddles.
